CieloApp keeps the front-desk workflow inside one operational path. Staff can move from finding a reservation to reviewing details, creating a manual booking, resolving the customer, and sending a payment request without switching between separate website screens and spreadsheets.

Calendar import, rebooking, and check-in stay connected
Operational workflows stay connected around the reservation. Calendar import stages Excel activity rows for review, rebooking applies policy and fee rules, room management maps website rooms to internal rooms, and check-in assignment prevents same-day conflicts.
