Cielo Alto Place needed one staff workspace for daily reservation operations. CieloApp brings booking search, guest context, manual reservations, payment links, room assignment, rebooking, dashboards, and internal documentation into a controlled operations platform.

CieloApp keeps the front-desk workflow inside one operational path. Staff can move from finding a reservation to reviewing details, creating a manual booking, resolving the customer, and sending a payment request without switching between separate website screens and spreadsheets.
